答案 I’d like to talk about Sanya, a coastal city in Hainan Island, China. I went there with my family this summer holiday.
We stayed in the Sheraton which is a very nice hotel with many outdoor swimming pools and private beach. It was our first trip to an island, so we really spent a huge amount of time in water! I swan about two or three times a day in the pools and went to the beach with my family when it’s not scorching outside. I am afraid swimming consisted of the majority of our activities there. As you know, Hainan is a tropical island, so we visited a forest park to see the plants there, which were very different with the plants in my hometown.
I really enjoyed the trip and liked the city very much. I think the natural environment is very good. Believe it or not, Sanya has the clearest water and cleanest beach I have seen. As a tropical city, the plants there really impressed me with their variety and exotic charm. Sanya is famous for its beach and the tourism industry built upon. So the high quality service from the airport, hotel, restaurants and scenic spots accounts for another important factor. My family and I spent a relaxing week there and we were very happy with the trip. Lastly, just a very personal reason why I liked Sanya, I liked the tropical fruits there! I ate a lot of fresh mango, cantaloupe and pitaya everyday and the price was only a third of that in my city!
I really enjoyed the trip there for the three main reasons above, but I believe there are much more to explore in the city than I have found out on this trip. So I hope I can visit it again and hope you got a chance to go there as well.
