      As China’s market economy has been getting more mature gradually, more attention should be paid to customer service, if companies want to maintain sustainable development. It is true of our company, too. Therefore, I want to make a proposal in this regard.
      First of all, our company should strengthen the customer relations department and improve our ways of handling customers’ complaints. Many cases from large and small companies have proved repeatedly that goodwill towards all customers will reap tangible rewards in the form of increased profits for business. We should expend more resources including time, effort and money on dealing with customers’ complaints and demands, studying their needs and treating them as though they were members of our own families.
      Secondly, we should improve our after-sale service as well, which is directly linked with the increase of sales volume and sales income. What is more important, good after-sale service plays a decisive role in keeping our old customers and attracting new ones. That’s why we should train our employees to serve the customers better and try their best to satisfy customers’ needs and demands.
      Last but not the least, I suggest that our company adopt the policy of "The customer is always right". Only in this way can we do our best to help our company increase sales and profits and maintain sustainable development, as long as we keep our old customers and always attract new ones.
