答案     The pie chart shows how much time spent on each in-house training course in our company.
    According to the pie chart, up to half of the total 60 hours is spent on the technical course. The left is divided for 3 courses: career development, health and safety and interpersonal skills with 15, 10 and 5 hours respectively.
    It is naturally concluded that our company has attached too much importance to employees’ technical skills. However, as a service industry, interpersonal skills, both with our employees and with customers, are vital to our development.
    Thus, it is suggested to increase training hours spent in interpersonal skills. Besides, we should provide more care to employees’ safe and their emotional needs. We could provide more training in this field as well.
