   In my perspective, the experience as a teacher is fundamental, and it is the only way to make the teaching process more effective. The same thing applies to the teaching of business English. The teacher with teaching experience knows the best way to deliver the knowledge and knows how to deal with students. Therefore, they can communicate with the students more skillfully and thus make the learning process more fruitful.
   However, at the same time, working experience in a company is essential to the teaching of business English. A teacher with working experience can draw upon some personal examples about real life business in the class, and therefore make teaching more interesting and practical. The knowledge is taught in a vivid way, and also the teacher can provide useful advices for the students’ future career.
   A teacher with both teaching and working experience will be the best. In addition, such a teacher who charges a comparatively low tuition of course will be even better.
   B.
   Quality is the life of the company. It is the product that consumers always pay attention to.
   Without quality products, no matter how strong the consumer relationship is or how good the service it provides, the company will lose in a hard market. The product is the most important. A good product itself is the best advertisement.
   On the other hand, a good relationship with clients and a good service will absolutely add score for the company.  They are good ways for the company to establish consumer loyalty.
   Therefore, all the three factors mentioned above are inseparable with the success of a company.
