   When one decides to withdraw a product from the market, lots of issues must be taken into consideration. The first thing needs to be considered is how difficult is it? If the product has spread into a large area geographically, it will take too much effort to withdraw.
   However, if the product is seriously defected, no matter how difficult it is, the product should be withdrawn for the sake of company image and consumer confidence.
   Once the product is withdrawn, the company should find ways to fill the market gap. Or else the market share will be taken by its competitors. Therefore, after the product has been withdrawn, the company should try their best to fill the market with new undetected or similar products.

   It is very important to communicate enough when dealing with contractors, because it is the only way to avoid misunderstandings and also the so-called “communication gap”. A tiny mistake on a detail will cause the entire failure of the work. So before anything has been done, make sure that everything you want to inform the contractors has been informed.
   Some clients tend to have a suspicious attitude towards their contractors.  This will not help in their cooperation and instead this will cause resent in the other party, thus the progress of the work will be hampered. So the best way is to trust your partner which is chosen by yourself.
