    Confidence is essential for everyone. Only by establishing confidence can we accomplish our goals. Nevertheless, many people especially teenagers are lack of confidence. What a serious problem! How can we develop confidence?
    In my opinion, first of all, we should be aware of our advantages. Though nobody is perfect, we can be proud of our advantages. In this way, we can adapt ourselves to the pressure of contemporary society. Secondly, we are supposed to give ourselves a smile face. It’s necessary to remember that we should not tire of life and look down on ourselves. If we learn to face a mirror to smile every morning, maybe we will feel self-confident. Finally, we shouldn’t be afraid of failure and challenges. On the contrary, we should raise our courage to overcome various problems in work and life. One of my middle school teacher once said, "Difficulties are like springs, you advance and they will retreat, you retreat and they will advance." I have always keep this sentence in mind.
    In a word, as a saying goes, "Make the most of yourself, for that is all there is of you." Confidence for us is an indispensable part of our life.
