    要求：请你写一封回信，答复如下：议付金额在过账时错记，已在账册上修正；该议付款的起息日符合信用证条款，没有错误，并请将金额以上述起息日贷记在你总行的我方账户。

    We refer to your letter dated July 13, 2006 concerning to the captioned item.
    In this connection, we inform you that upon reviewing our records, We found that the a- mount of our negotiation shown in our Schedule of Documentary Remittance is incorrect. It was erroneously printed as HKD 418 500. 00 instead of HKD 413 500. 00 when it was posted into our hooks. Today we have adjusted it in our hooks accordingly and wish to express to you our apology for this oversight on our part.
    As to the value date of this item which is July 9, 2006, upon looking over the credit terms and conditions, we find that it is in order and in full compliance with the credit terms. There-fore, there is no need to make any correction.
    Please take note of the above and credit the amount to our account with your Head Office with the above - mentioned value date under your telex advice to us.
