问题 Write a bank letter according to the following requirements. Write your answer on the ANSWER SHEET.
    ABC银行2008年9月1日曾通知我方，称其开了一张汇票，请求我行见票即付，并为此向我行在Bank America Intel NY账户下汇去了此笔款项6万美元。但如今期限已过，我行至今仍未见此汇票，故我行特写信询问ABC银行此汇票是否确已开出，如果见票，是否仍然行使付款义务，还是该汇票已被取消。

Will you kindly review your records and inform us whether we are to continue to consider this draft as open and payable on presentation , or whether we are to consider it as cancelled.
