To whom it may concern,
I’m writing to you, as a follow-up to three calls previously placed to your Customer Service Department. When I tried explaining the overcharge situation the first time I called on January 20, I was told that I would receive a follow-up call the next business day from a member of your Billing Department. After waiting 2 business days, I called again and asked to be transferred to the Billing Department as per the previous conversation, and was told that the issue wasn’t something that the Billing Department would handle.
As previously explained, there seems to be a discrepancy in my bill. I ordered two suits and a scarf from your January catalog. Everything was delivered on schedule. However I found that I only got 10 percent discount for my suits, and I believe I met the conditions of the special offer, and should have obtained gloves for free. However, the bill I received shows that I was charged for the gloves. I would appreciate it if you could please look into the special offer for my suits and gloves.
I understand that this is a busy month and this kind of hassle could happen. I have used your store for many years. I believe you will give quick attention to my request. Thank you.
