Hello. I have the Digital Night MP3 Player, and my entire music library was wiped out three times! I do not know how this happened. I didn’t drop it, and I don’t use it very often. The problem started after I updated the firmware through your Web site. I even tried to update the firmware again, but the problem is still there.
