As all of you know, the intention of the survey was to determine how we can improve our customer service. Overall, the customers are quite pleased with our competitive pricing and the quality of our product. They also appreciate how quickly we respond to their individual requirements. But there is still room for improvement.(87)One obvious complaint was that our automated voice mail system was inefficient and difficult to use.
