I’d like to welcome you all to Wind Corp. I’m sure you are familiar with what we do regarding wind energy development. In this week of training, you’ll become more familiar with our major projects—some of which you haven’t heard about. You will also be broken down into groups, according to what field or department you were hired to work in. Before we go into all of this, I’ll go over your basic workday and benefits. I’m passing out the training guide, which I’ll also go over in depth. If you have any questions about your specific case, please see Yuki Kawasaki, the human resources manager. Before we start, I’ d like to go around the room and have everyone introduce himself—or herself and say what department you will be working in.
