M: Sato, 430-J. Let’s see. The package did go out and there were two failed attempts at delivery, which means it will be returned to the store. Once we get the package, all you have to do is to call us and set up a new delivery date.
W: I see. Will there be another delivery charge for having the items sent back out to my office?
M: Yes, I’m afraid so. But we will use the most inexpensive shipment method available.
