W: I received an e-mail from Mr. Rudolph. He wants us to visit a supplier’s factory in Newark tomorrow morning.
M: Well, we have a product presentation scheduled with a client at 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Maybe we should reschedule with the client.
W: Actually, I don’t think that is necessary. If we leave the supplier’s factory by noon, we can catch the 1 o’clock train from the station and be on time for the meeting.
M: I suppose we could do that. Still, I think I’ll call the travel agency now and see if there are any flights available. The presentation is important, so we don’t want to risk being late.
