We should know that the disposal of plastic bags alone has caused serious damage to the environment. Every day millions and millions of plastic bags are thrown away. In order to get rid of them, the government has to dump them in landfills or burn them. As a result, large areas of land are wasted, worst of all, poisonous chemicals being relased and contaminating the ground water.
To avoid that, I think besides reducing the number of plastic bags used, the public’s overall awareness of environmental problems should be increased.

Modern life is stressful. Many people try to get rid of the signs of stress instead of the cause. They may take sleeping pills or try to control the various signs in other ways. But I think we’d better find the cause of it instead of taking medicine. They should rest their brains after work so that they can relax after becoming so tense and tired. I recommend a simple walking program. It’s very beneficial.
