Wang Kun: Well, I think we should make some basic guidelines to smart investing. We should have clear goals. We will decide how many years we will invest for, what our needs will be in the future based on the condition of our company. And having realistic expectations is very important, you know, there is a saying "He who wishes to be rich in a day will be hanged in a year. "
Zhang Hong: I agree with you. And we should understand the range of possibilities. There is a diversified portfolio: One with a mix of stocks, mutual funds, bonds, and cash. Each of these products has different risks associated with them and also different potential rewards. Understand them before we buy, so there won’t be any big surprises later.
Wang Kun: Yes, you are right. But in my opinion, investing money in the stock market is not the safest way in the world to make more money. There is no guarantee that the company will do well, and that the stock will go up.
Zhang Hong: I can’t agree more. The stock may go up or down for a number of very complex reasons. Zhang Hong: Yes, you are right. We can also invest in Internet, which can help us to promote or sell products.

Interviewer: Why will you invest in the Internet?
Wang Kun: In 2005, the hottest word of Chinese business is absolutely the Internet. It is well known, the number of people on internet is increasing sharply. At present, the Chinese population on internet has achieved 103 million, which ranks the second in the world. And that number will be 140 million, which is approximately 4 times of 2001. At the same time, the investment, the purchase, the business, the technology, the pattern, the talents and the resources, all of these are involved with the internet. The income of Chinese Internet market is increasing rapidly, and a lot of foreign Internet companies are entering into China. So the second tide of Chinese Internet is coming, we can’t lose the opportunity.
Zhang Hong: That’s right. Although the personal consumption is the most part of Chinese Internet market, it will be changed, because the E-business is a big market in it. And we can order on Internet, without the dealer. According to the regulations of WTO, the foreign bank can enter Chinese financial market, so the credit card will be more prevalent, especially in the business between the companies. So Business on Internet will be developing quickly, we should catch the chance.
