答案     I’m going to give a short speech on Topic A: "What is important when preparing for an interview?"
    For a start, it’s necessary to know the company’s information thoroughly. As an old Chinese saying goes, "Know the enemy and know yourself, and you can fight a hundred battles with no danger of defeat." So in this way, you will be more confident to face any thorny questions for interviewees.
    Furthermore, it is also important to consider your personal appearance. Your first impression has a decisive role. If you are a gentleman, you should wear suit with tie, shave your beard, wash your hair and so on.
    Finally, avoid being cheated. You should be wise enough to know the truth of the advertisements. You can contact with the company by giving a call or writing an e-mail to ascertain whether it recruits new workers.
