The first and foremost is location. If the premises are located within the commercial area downtown, clients may find and visit the company easily and frequently. Otherwise, they may really have trouble finding the way to the company and business may be affected. Cost is the second factor to be considered. High costs of renting or buying premises bring heavy burden to the operation of the company. Of course, If the location of premises is good, lower cost is preferred. The number of staff is another factor. The size and space of premises should be in proportion to the number of staff. No one is willing to work in a crowded office. Last but not least, the surroundings of the premises should be considered as well. If there are restaurants and parks nearby, staff may have meals conveniently and have a walk after work, which are beneficial to their health.

We can do market research ourselves or employ specialists to do that.
    Secondly, advertisement is also important, because it can make our products well-known and attract potential customers. We’d better choose an experienced local advertisement agency to design a novel and suitable ad for our product.
    Furthermore, setting up a branch or subcompany is necessary, because the employees who are exploring overseas market need premises. The scale of the branch depends on the turnover of the business there and the fixed overseas branch shows the company’s long-term strategy for development.
    Finally, it’s crucial to recruit veteran local marketing managers to promote our products more effectively. Obviously, this saves the trouble of language problem and culture shock.
