F2: Let me check a moment, please. Yes, you ordered only 10 and we sent only 10. I’m very sorry. There’s clearly been a mistake.
F1: What should I do?
F2: Please destroy the invoice, and we’ll send you a new one. The total amount will now be ＄980 instead of ＄1,176.
