   It’s inevitable that people have to work together with others in study or at work. Some people prefer to work together, with people that hold the same interest and beliefs, while others incline to get along with people who have totally different ideas or habits. As far as I am concerned, I like to get on with people of the same interest and ideas as me.
   Some people are afraid that the homogeneous groups will experience little change thus it’s difficult for them to make progress. There is something right in it, but their worries are unnecessary.  Because, staying with people that hold the same interest and beliefs, we can find more things in common we have more to communicate and ex- change. During the communication and exchanging process, our horizon is broadened, and ourselves are perfected.  Staying with people of the same interest and beliefs gives people a sense of family, thus there will be less estrangement between people.
   But if we stay with a group of people that hold totally different belies and interest from us, it’s possible that we encounter conflicts from time to time. Because, people are all convinced in their own beliefs and want to stick to their habits, thus we can find little that we can agree on, so, the communication will be impossible and the exchanging can’t be realized, either.
   As old saying goes "Birds of the same feather flock together". I firmly insist that we work with people who have the same interest and ideas as us. By doing this, we can live in a more harmonious environment thus we can get better developed.
