A Party B entered into a lease agreement with Party A entitled Phase 1A Lease Agreement dated April 11, 2016 for the Leased Property ("Lease").

C Under the Contract Schedule of the Lease, Party A and Party B agreed that the JV Company would replace Party B as tenant to the Lease, subject to complying with the terms of the Lease in this regard.
