    The saying "honesty is the best policy" was once generally true in the job hunting process. But nowadays some people use fake information in their job hunting,such as fake college grade,concoctive work experience,etc. They think telling a few white lies on the resume is no harm, especially if it will help them get hold of the desired positions. They are awfully wrong to think so.
    Several factors give rise to the prevalent dishonesty in job hunting. First and foremost, job seekers are facing severe employment pressure, so some of them exaggerate their success in order to stand out from the ordinary candidates, Secondly, many companies don’t spend much time in confirming their employees’ actual capacity. Instead, great importance is attached to candidates’ credentials and diplomas. But none of these reasons can excuse the error of ly-ing. The lack of honesty in job hunting is harmful to individuals, companies and the whole society as well.
    Any lie about education and qualifications in the job hunting will be a time bomb in one’s career. In addition,companies would mistakenly employ less qualified employees, and what’s worse, the entire society will face the crisis in honesty if the problem couldn’t be solved properly. So honesty is and should always be the best policy in job hunting.
