    When facing the difficult choice between a package tour and a self-guided tour, some people prefer to go on a package tour. They hold the opinion that the guide will be responsible for arranging the schedule, transportation and accommodation, which makes it possible for the tourists to feast their eyes on the beautiful scenery and become familiar with the local customs. And what’s more, it is much safer and cheaper than a self-guided tour.
    On the contrary, people who are in favor of a self-guided tour argue that they will flexibly arrange the schedule of the tour and may stay anywhere as long as they like to enjoy the beautiful scenery or snacks of different tastes without the limitation of time. In addition, a self-guided tour may test and improve people’s perseverance, independence and the ability to deal with difficulties. Last but not least, this mode of tour can promote the friendship among the friends or the relationships among the family members.
    Therefore, it all depends on what kind of tour one may choose. If I have enough time and money, I will choose a self-guided tour for freedom and flexibility; However, if time is limited and my energy needs to be saved, perhaps I will consider a package tour.
