答案     Nowadays reports can be heard that some people use fake diplomas in their job hunting. Undoubtedly, this phenomenon has aroused enormous concerns and people start to look into its causes.
    The causes may be concluded into the following two, with the first being the employers’ obsession in diplomas. To be more specific, many companies tend to believe more in the diplomas job seekers hold rather than these people’s actual abilities and skills, which makes people believe that a person with a diploma granted by a top university has more advantages over those who are without such diplomas. The other cause can be found in job-hunters who use fake diplomas. These people tend to hold fluke mind and think that a fake diploma will assure them of ideal jobs without being caught.
    In order to address this issue, I think the society should have a more proper recognition of diplomas, which should not be misinterpreted as practical abilities. Besides, efforts should be made to improve people’s integrity in job hunting.
