答案     It has been an alarming phenomenon that plagiarism is seen around the academic circle. What is more worrying is that academic plagiarism not only happens among college students, but also in many distinguished and respected professors.
    Taking a close look into this problem, we can find the main reasons as follows. First, the desire for quick success drives those teachers and students into plagiarism. Second, some people want to reap what they have not sown, and are unwilling to work hard. Third, the pressure from the society as well as the peer competition makes people eager to stand out even in an immoral way.
    From my perspective, to stop academic plagiarism calls for the collaboration from the individuals, the government and the academic circle. On the one hand, individuals ought to realize that the pursuit for success should be based on hardworking and patience. On the other hand, the government should make related rules and enforce them strictly. In addition, the academic circle needs to set up a stricter review system to prevent people from plagiarizing.
