   Recently, the problems caused by the inequality of education opportunity have attracted the public’s attention. For instance, the backward teaching facilities and dilapidated school buildings of rural areas are in sharp contrast to those advanced facilities and well-equipped classrooms in urban areas. Another example is that students from poor families can’t go to universities because of the high tuition.
   There are several factors which contribute to these problems. Firstly, the distribution of resources is unbalanced between rural and urban schools. Secondly, educational loans for poor students are far from enough. Moreover, the inequality in some schools’ admission policies also turns many students away. The education inequality has many terrible impacts. For one thing, it caused lacking of confidence among the children from rural areas. For another, it caused unemployment to these children, or even raised many social problems.
   To change this situation, I think, we should take the following measures. First of all, the government spending on education should be increased. Second, the implementation of the government financial aid system for students should be accelerated. What’s more, the government should speed up education reforms to ensure that everyone has equal access to schools.
