A punctual society can function effectively because few of its subjects are late for work or meetings. A punctual nation can demonstrate to the world that it is a nation with dignity and that it can keep promises.     In a word, being able to keep time is essential, whether to a person, to a society or to a nation. We should always remember that it is of great significance to value our time, and the time of others.
