    In the picture above, a doctor, holding a notebook and hanging a stethoscope on his neck,is giving some suggestions to a chubby patient in a sickroom: " what fits your busy schedule better, exercising one hour a day or being dead 24 hours a day?" which reveals the importance of exercise for human beings.
    Stepping into the 21st century, shouldering more pressure and responsibility, we human beings are getting busier than ever. Working till the midnight as well as doing less exercise is a universal phenomenon. Needless to say, this will lead to various illnesses. Taking exercise on a regular basis will improve the functioning of your body. A recent study shows that doing exercise every day will help not only to build a healthy body but also to better fulfill an assignment on account that exercise is a way of relaxation.
    It can be concluded that exercise is of great importance to human beings. As the proverb goes, "health is the key to success" , it is wise for men to spare some time for exercise every day in their occupied life.
