   I am a junior student of the College of Education. Today I am writing to make a complaint about the uncivilized behaviors in the school library. These behaviors have influenced many students and aroused a wide concern.
   To begin with, some students talk loudly and make phone calls now and again in the library. These behaviors not only disturb other students, but also make the library become a noisy place. Second, some students eat in the library. The smell of food and the sound of chewing food make other students unable to concentrate on their study. What’ s worse, some of them even throw the rubbish everywhere. Finally, I find a few students are using books so carelessly that some of the books are doodled or even destroyed at will.
   This phenomenon has been around for a long time and seriously affected our study in the library. I’ll appreciate it if you can help us solve these problems as soon as possible. I am looking forward to your reply.
