答案     Mandarin Teaching Is a Must
    This picture reflects a common problem in the teaching of Chinese subject. A Chinese teacher cannot speak Mandarin! No matter how ridiculous it is, this is the real situation in some parts of China, particularly in some remote areas of our country. As far as I am concerned, we should make efforts to put an end to this phenomenon for the following reasons.
    Firstly, the unification of language is of great importance to the communication and integration of various ethnic groups in China. Secondly, language learning should be grasped from kids. For teachers of Chinese subject, it is a must to speak in Mandarin. Last but not least, China is now developing into an internationally major economic force. As language is a soft power, we should strive to popularize Mandarin, and maybe one day it will become an international language.
    As for me, there are many reasons to support the popularization and application of Mandarin, and what we need to do most is to try every means to learn and use Mandarin.
