答案 　　Well, I’m not sure I’m in the right position to answer this question because I’m still a student now. But according to my internship experience, workplace bullying is common to a greater or lesser extent. In China, we have a culture to respect people who are senior to you, either in terms of age, experience or authority. So it’s common for people who have been working for longer years to bully newcomers. Newcomers may be assigned extra work or the work that everybody else doesn’t want to do. Some bosses don’t have enough respect for employees because they think they’re in charge of everything and employees just have to follow the instructions.
