   The desire for a beautiful appearance is one of human natures. The plastic surgery may really mean something to some people. At least they become more beautiful. But every coin has two sides, and so does the man-made beauty practice for the following reasons.
   Firstly, one’s appearance is God’s blessing. After breast enlargement surgery, many women look sexier than before. However, many of them are also diagnosed with mammary gland disease. The more serious problem is that they risk being unable to breast-feed. Secondly, advocating such a practice will mislead people to false judgment of true beauty. The concept of beauty is quite rich in its content. It should include many virtues like honesty, diligence, etc. ,which should be the real mainstream of our aesthetic taste. The practice of man-made beauty will confuse those who are to develop a correct concept of beauty.
   Concerning the above possible harm the practice may bring about, I am strongly against it and advocate true and natural beauty. Besides, people, especially women, should pay more attention to the cultivation of their inner beauty since the inner beauty outweighs the external beauty in the long run.
