答案     Is a Password Useful?
    A password is like a key to unlock our many secrets: financial secrets, personal relationship secrets, habitual secrets and more. Once let out, passwords will hurt us by presenting all our secrets to others. That’s why some people think that a password is useless. However, I personally do not agree with this opinion.
    First of all, a password functions as a wall to ward off potential theft. If we do not set up password protection, our property, real or virtual, will be like a house without a locking door. People could just easily peep into the contents and grab whatever they want, which leads to identity theft and financial loss. With a password, we actually set up a firewall to fight against the attempted theft. Secondly, a password could remind us of the importance of protecting our personal information. It is true that criminals might access our property through a leaked password. That is why we should Change our passwords periodically and complicate the combinations of passwords. By doing so, our awareness of protecting our information and property will be enhanced and reinforced.
    In conclusion, a password is useful in preventing identity theft and property loss; it is also useful to increase our awareness to safeguard our belongings.
