答案     Strike a Balance between Work and Rest
    In the picture, a man is lying on the ground, with his back facing up and his hand grasping a briefcase saying "work". His back is pierced by a winding key, on which we can read "excessive overtime". And an eerie skull is adrift above him. This picture intends to warn those workaholics of the dangers of getting too obsessed with their work, at the cost of their health and life.
    In my opinion, a proper balance between work and rest should be struck. It is good that we young people are committed to our work, but that does not mean we should work 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Overworking may pose a threat to our physical and mental health. On the contrary, if we take a rest from the tight schedule, we would feel relaxed and refreshed both in body and mind, thus enhancing our efficiency when we get back to work.
    In short, no one can be a machine in perpetual motion. When we feel exhausted, it is a signal from our body to tell us that we should take the time out for a break.
