    There was a time when people, due to various reasons, only value physical health. Yet, recently, owing to the amazing rise of living standard, they begin to focus more emphasis upon psychological health, which carries more weight in the development of students’ personality and character.
    Apparently, it is absolutely necessary for universities to implement effective and efficient measures to improve students’ psychological health. Psychological courses and activities should be offered to enhance students’ awareness of psychological health and to serve as an outlet of their negative pressure. Moreover, it is highly suggested for universities to establish psychological consult centers that students can gain help easily from experts with rich knowledge in this field.
    Nevertheless, nothing can play a more essential role than students’ own effort in improving psychological health. Based on what I know, we students may attach more attention to books and physical education so that we can have an optimistic attitude toward life. Also, we, if suffering a great pain or torture in mind, should not hesitate to consult an expert. All in all, with our efforts, I cherish a belief that good psychological health is not a dream but a reality.
