    The rich second generations, as the name implies, refers to those spoiled kids who were born with the silver spoon in their mouths and enjoy the fruits of their wealthy parents without pains. These kids are having an image problem as the media highlights the cases of some rich second generations who are drunken driving caused deaths in expensive cars.
    Public opinions label them as having less responsibility and an inclination to indulge in pleasure-seeking. They are condemned for being good-for-nothing, violating laws and regulations, and believing money talks or criticized as being idle, arrogant or depraved. Consequently, "extravagance" is used to describe their lives. Even their parents worry about their ability to take over family business due to lack of the sense of competition and crisis.
    In my opinion, first of all, it should start with family education to make them independent. Secondly, training programs could be offered to equip them with the awareness that they need to achieve their goals and play a positive role in society. Lastly, isn’t it time for those wealthy parents to rethink about leaving their family businesses and huge assets to their children?
