For another, it is also attributable to businesses’ unremitting campaigns promoting western festivals’ concept of "cool and romantic" through many kinds of fancy advertisements and products. Last but not least, some people hold that the celebration of western festivals has brought more freshness and joy for them. For instance, on Halloween eve, many young people will carve a pumpkin lantern and wear costumes. "Trick or Treat" has become popular words among young people.
    From my point of view, this issue should be analyzed from different angles. While we are giving priority to the preservation and development of traditional Chinese culture, we needn’ t worry too much about the inflow of foreign culture. Hence what we should do is to lead the trend towards the right direction.
