    In recent years, due to the intense competition of business, the status of customers has got a rise invisibly. People in all walks of business regard "Customer first, service foremost. " as their service tenet and top priority. On a personal note, I deem it is advisable to do so because the enterprise clearly knows how important it is to build up a good rapport with its customers. In other words, if a company cannot provide better service, it will inevitably go bankrupt in the fierce marketplace.
    What can companies do to handle their relationship with customers? First of all, a company should try its best to retain present customers by supplying up-to-date service. Meanwhile, it should also continue to dig out the potential customers. It is obvious that the customers are the sources for a company to make a significant profit. Besides, in the face of fierce commercial environment, it is the quality of service that determines whether the customers remain with the company or not.
    To summarize, it is rather important for a company to improve its service quality and maintain the long-term sustainable relationship with its customers.
