    Nowadays, some college students enter marriage upon graduation, which has attracted grave concern and brought about a heated discussion among people.
    The reasons leading to this phenomenon are complicated. Firstly, generally speaking, students usually graduate from colleges at about twenty-three years old, a legal age for marriage. To those who already have their lovers, entering marriage upon graduation is a natural choice.  Besides, marriage is seen as the beginning of an important phase of life according to the Chinese tradition Secondly, recent years have seen that college graduates face a fierce competition in the job market Thus some of them may seek to avoid the employment-caused rush and pressure through being married. Thirdly, this phenomenon also has something to do with people’s ideas on work and family Those who attach greater importance to family affairs may choose to establish their family first and develop careers later.
    From my point of view, although many college students are physically mature, they are not mentally mature or financially independent. So getting married upon graduation may bring about more unexpected burdens on them. What’s more, trying to find comfort and security through marriage is in no way an ultimate solution.
