Dear Sir,
    I regret to have to return with this letter a B23 - A refrigerator I bought from you while I was in your area six months ago. You will find the receipt attached to this letter.
    At the first several months, it can work well, but there is something wrong with it 2 weeks ago. The foods I put in it just got rotten. My local home-appliances shop says the mechanism is damaged. I am extremely upset at this. At your prices, I expect top quality! You can imagine the inconvenience it has brought to me, especially in such a hot weather.
