Dear Mr. Johnson，
    I have learnt from the newspaper of Daily Review of April 10th that there is a vacancy of secretary in your company. So I am writing this letter to apply for it.
    I like this job very much. I enjoy writing and reading since I was a little child. And from that time on, it has been my dream that I could become a good secretary in the future. Now comes an opportunity.
    As a student majored in Chinese, I’m going to graduate in July this year. I believe that I am fit for this job, On the one hand, through my four year’s systematic study, I get a general understanding of this job and gain enough knowledge about how to be a competent secretary. On the other hand, I am a person of great carefulness，which is usually considered to be a necessity for an excellent secretary.
