①In order to get a deeper analysis of this passage,students will be ask the following questions：（1）why people feel so tired or weak？and what should they do？（2）If one have too much yang，what should he/she do？
（Justification：Through this way,students can grasp the general idea of this new article,and their reading ability will be improved.）
四、Post-reading（5min）
Four students in a group，and make a table about their lifestyle.After some minutes，to show in front of class.

五、Summary and homework（1min）
