"But as I reached my 40s, I realized that was totally wrong ... I could still have a very fulfilling life." It was only after she’d come to peace with the fact that she might never marry that she met her future husband while shopping in a supermarket.
   To mark the 20th anniversary of this story, reporters sought out as many of the women in the story as they could find. Out of 14 single women in the article, 11 were found.
