A seeing-eye dog is a special(特殊的)dog which helps blind(盲的)people walk along the streets and do many other things. We call these dogs seeing-eye dogs because the dogs are the eyes of blind people and help them to "see". These dogs are usually sent to a special school to learn to help blind people.
One day a seeing-eye dog and a blind man got on a bus together. The bus was full of people and there were no seats. One man soon got up and left his seat. The dog took the blind man to the seat. There was very little space(空间). The dog began to push the people on each side with its nose. It pushed and pushed until the people moved down and at last there was enough space for two people.
Then the blind man sat down and the dog got up on the seat at the side of the blind man. It lay down and put its head on the legs of the blind man. It was very comfortable(舒适的)and soon fell asleep. Everyone in the bus had a smile at the cleverness(聪明)of the dog in making space for the blind man, at the same time making space for itself. [br] When the blind man got on the bus with the dog, ______.
选项
A、all the people on the bus gave their seats to them
B、the people on the bus were very glad
C、no seats were empty
答案
C

当盲人和他的导盲犬上车的时候,…。细节题。从文中第二段第二句“The bus was full of people and there were no seats.”可知他们上车的时候,车上没有空座位了。故[C]项正确。
