Hello. My name’s Frank Jensen, I, I get The Times delivered to ray home every morning. It’s supposed to arrive by seven o’clock, but the past few days the paper has been late. I mean, it’s come after I leave for work at 8:00 - and the reason I have The Times delivered is so that I can read it in the morning before I go to work. I mean, I can buy it from the newsstand on my way to work, but I like to read it while I eat breakfast. I’ve got to say, I’m really disappointed that I’ve been paying extra for delivery, and now you’re delivering it late. You know, I feel like canceling my subscription to your newspaper. Could you call me back as soon as possible? This is Frank Jensen at 555-1234.
