Hi, this is Dori Leonard from the Women’s Health Foundation. We had scheduled our annual picnic for this coming Saturday at Smithfield Park, and I just found out that there’s a chance it could rain that day. I’d like to rent a room just in case we have to move the location of the picnic, but I haven’t been able to find any that are available or are big enough for 167 people. If there’s any way we could have our picnic in the gymnasium of the school on Saturday July 14, I would really appreciate it. Like I said, 167 people are expected to attend. We’ll need enough tables for them to sit and eat at as well as tables to place the food on. Please give me a call back and let me know if this is possible. My number is 555-2928. Thank you. Goodbye.

答案 Hello, Ms. Leonard? This is Annie Kim from the high school. Uh, yes, I think it would be okay if you used our gymnasium on that day. We don’t have any events scheduled on July 14, and actually... school won’t be in session so the students won’t need to use it either. Our gym is big enough for more than 167 people. We can fit about, urn, 200 people so there should be more than enough room. We also have some tables and chairs that we usually use for, uh, career fairs that you could use for serving food and eating on. I’ll go ahead and put you down on the schedule for that Saturday and we’ll see what happens with the weather. Call me if you have any questions about the facilities. Bye.
