Actually, the heating system has stopped working for about two weeks and I phoned your employee one week ago. Your employee promised me that he would repair the system within three days.
However, seven days have passed and no one came to my apartment to fix the heating system up. It makes me in big trouble now. You see the weather is terrible and the temperature is becoming increasingly lower from now on. I have to move to my classmate’s apartment and this causes a huge inconvenience to both of us.
I would be appreciated if your employee could fix the heating system for me as soon as possible.
