    I would be delighted to develop accommodations solutions for your company in the Cairns area. As you are probably aware, our headquarters is based in Brisbane, but we do conduct a substantial amount of business in Cairns and the surrounding region. Therefore, I am confident that I can arrange to design and build adequate housing for your workforce in this area. Please allow me to explain the procedure from here.
    As I understand from the initial request you sent, Acton Industry intends to begin work on the Toowumba mine, 50 kilometers southwest of Cairns, in early 2012. With that deadline in mind (and please let me know immediately if this information is incorrect), I hope to submit detailed plans of the housing complex by March 2011 for your approval. As soon as the plans have been settled, the construction process should take around 6 to 8 months.
