Dear Mr. Kahoano,
I am writing to confirm the agreement we made last week to hold a series of meetings over the next month to review your implementation of the security pilot program.
As we previously discussed, we will use the meetings to:
- determine the effectiveness of the program,
- identify the strengths and weaknesses of the program, and
- propose solutions to address areas of weakness.
As agreed, meetings will be held every Wednesday from 1:00 P.M. until 2:30 P.M. at your office in Holualoa, with our first meeting being held on Wednesday February 28. Virginia Madison, of your loss prevention department, will organize and lead all of the meetings. At the end of the process, she will also draft a summary of the meetings so that we may better determine the success of the security pilot program.
