Marketing Committee report provided by manager Ella Baker:
Baker reviewed highlights from the marketing report of the last month. The total number of new visitors to our Web site has not met the target for the past quarter despite additional advertisements placed in magazines. Baker proposed to hire a marketing consultant to work with the team to develop new strategies.
Sales Committee report provided by chair John Bradley:
Bradely reviewed highlights from the sales report of the last month. The total sales target for the last month was reached. Sales representative Tommy Dorsey and John Bradley attended the National Publisher’s Network Conference in New York last week and gave a brief presentation.
Customer Service report by manager Rachel Carson:
Rachel reminded members to report any customer complaint to the department by using an online report form.
Human Resources Manager Lorenzo Costa will be giving a short presentation to committee members next week on his return.
